The formula is designed for those who wake unrefreshed, experience a significant energy dip between 2-4pm, rely heavily on caffeine or sugar to function, and have fatigue that is disproportionate to their sleep quality and quantity. Unlike stimulant tonics, Core rebuilds the adrenal substrate so that energy becomes sustainable and self-generating. 5mL twice daily, morning and midday. Avoid taking after 3pm. For best results, take consistently for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.

Panax ginseng is not suitable in hypertension without monitoring. Licorice is contraindicated with hypertension - notify Tiffany. Not suitable during pregnancy. Rhodiola should be used with caution in bipolar disorder. Avoid with stimulant medications without guidance.
