Cycle Sync is a comprehensive hormonal tonic formulated to support the female endocrine system across all phases of the menstrual cycle. It targets both oestrogen and progesterone balance using adaptogenic and hormone-modulating botanicals selected for their ability to work with your body's natural rhythm - not against it. The formula addresses the root drivers of cycle irregularity, including oestrogen dominance, insufficient progesterone, adrenal dysfunction and liver congestion. Women experiencing PMS, bloating, breast tenderness, cramping, mood instability or irregular cycles will find this tonic particularly supportive. 5mL twice daily in water, morning and evening. Best taken before food. Allow 2-3 full cycles to assess full effect. For best results, take consistently for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.

Not suitable for use with hormone receptor-positive conditions (ER+ breast cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids) without specialist supervision. Avoid during pregnancy. Vitex may interact with the oral contraceptive pill and dopaminergic medications - consult Tiffany before ordering. Avoid if currently taking HRT without naturopathic oversight.
