Night Shift is a sedative-strength formula for those with established sleep maintenance difficulties - particularly those who wake frequently during the night, cannot achieve restorative deep sleep, or wake at 3am and cannot return to sleep. The formula uses hypnotic and sedative-class herbs at therapeutic dosage to deepen sleep architecture and extend the duration of restorative sleep phases. It is distinct from Still (which addresses sleep onset) and best used when the primary complaint is sleep quality, maintenance and depth rather than the ability to fall asleep initially. Night Shift is not suitable for those who need to drive early in the morning or who have sedation-sensitive work commitments.

7.5-10mL in warm water 30-45 minutes before bed. Do not exceed 10mL per dose. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking. For best results, take consistently for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.

Not suitable with liver disease or excessive alcohol use. Contraindicated with benzodiazepines, SSRIs, SNRIs, and other sedating medications. Do not drive within 8 hours of taking. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not for use in depression without Tiffany's clinical oversight.
