Book your consultation →I have always believed that immune support is not about fighting something off when you are already sick - it is about building the kind of resilience that means you recover faster, feel the impact less, and bounce back more completely. After two decades in clinic, the clients who thrive through every winter are not the ones who reach for supplements when symptoms hit. They are the ones who quietly, consistently support their immune terrain all year round.
SU CHI IMMUNE was designed with that philosophy at its core. Five potent, well-researched herbs - Ginger, Echinacea, Licorice Root, Lemon Myrtle, and Hibiscus - work together to prime immune response, support the body's natural inflammatory regulation, and deliver targeted antimicrobial protection. This is not a reactive blend. It is a resilience blend - one I recommend starting before the cold season hits and continuing through it.
Consistent use over 4 to 8 weeks builds the strongest foundation.
All ingredients are organic and ethically sourced, selected for immune-priming, antimicrobial, and antioxidant action.
The lead herb in this formula, Ginger anchors the blend with its broad-spectrum immune-supporting activity. Traditionally used to support the body's natural inflammatory response, improve circulation to peripheral tissues, and provide warming relief during respiratory illness.
Arguably the most well-researched immune herb in the Western tradition. Traditionally used to support the activation of the innate immune response, stimulate white blood cell activity, and reduce the severity and duration of upper respiratory tract infections. Works best used consistently and at therapeutic levels.
Plays a dual role - as a direct antiviral and antimicrobial agent, and as a harmonising synergist that enhances the absorption and activity of every other herb in the blend. Traditionally used to support soothing of irritated mucous membranes in the respiratory tract and adrenal resilience during periods of immune stress.
One of Australia's most potent native antimicrobial plants. Its extraordinarily high citral content gives it demonstrated antimicrobial and antifungal activity, with a long history of traditional use by First Nations peoples. Also brings the brightest, most vibrant citrus note to the blend - making this tea genuinely uplifting when you are feeling low.
Brings a powerful antioxidant contribution with some of the highest anthocyanin content of any plant in the herbal pharmacopoeia. Traditionally used to support immune function, reduce oxidative stress, and provide gentle fever-modulating action. Gives the blend its beautiful deep ruby colour and a tart, fruity brightness.
Bold and warming, with a vibrant tart brightness from the Hibiscus and Lemon Myrtle, deep spiced warmth from the Ginger, and a smooth honeyed roundness from the Licorice. Ruby-red in colour and genuinely beautiful in the cup. Naturally caffeine-free.
The Winter Protocol: From the first day of April through to October, brew one cup of SU CHI IMMUNE each morning. Do this before symptoms arise - immune resilience is built over weeks, not days. Keep a jar visible on your kitchen bench so the habit stays front of mind.
The First-Sign Response: At the very first sign of a scratchy throat or heavy head - brew three cups across that day. Add a thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger to the brew and a teaspoon of raw honey after steeping. This is your first-responder protocol.
The Recovery Cup: During illness recovery, brew SU CHI IMMUNE in a small teapot and keep it beside you through the morning. Sip slowly and consistently - the steady delivery of active compounds through the day supports immune activity more effectively than a single large dose.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Echinacea, Licorice Root, and Hibiscus in therapeutic amounts are not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
Medication Interactions: Echinacea may interact with immunosuppressant medications - do not use if taking medications to suppress immune function. Licorice Root may interact with antihypertensive medications, corticosteroids, and diuretics. If on any prescription medications, consult your practitioner.
Licorice Cumulative Exposure Warning: SU CHI IMMUNE contains 20% Licorice Root. If also using SU CHI CLEANSE daily (15% Licorice Root), the combined exposure may affect blood pressure and potassium levels in sensitive individuals. Maximum 4-6 weeks concurrent daily use before a 2-4 week break. Consult your practitioner if you have a history of hypertension.
Allergies: Echinacea and Hibiscus are Asteraceae family. Those with known sensitivity to ragweed, chrysanthemums, or daisies should exercise caution.
