Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ritualandremedynaturopathy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
