Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days — $12.90
- Express Shipping — 1–3 business days — $16.90
- Free Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days — Orders over $80

International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Missing or Delayed Orders
