About This Formula

The liver is the body's primary processing organ, responsible for filtering hormones, metabolising toxins, producing bile for digestion, and managing the inflammatory signals that affect every other system in the body. When liver function is sluggish, the downstream effects are felt everywhere: in the skin, the hormones, the energy levels, and the capacity to clear waste efficiently. SU CHI CLEANSE was formulated to gently and meaningfully support these pathways.

This is not a harsh detox. It is a considered, clinical formula that works with the liver's natural rhythms rather than forcing a process. Dandelion Root and Leaf provide both bile-stimulating and gentle diuretic support, working across liver and kidney elimination simultaneously. Red Clover supports the lymphatic side of clearing, helping the immune-lymphatic axis move waste effectively. Marshmallow Root protects and soothes the mucous membranes during this clearing process, ensuring that as elimination increases, the mucosal lining remains protected. Licorice Root ties it together with adrenal and hepatic support, while Rosemary stimulates circulation through the elimination phase.

Use this blend in a 4 to 6 week cycle, followed by a break, for the best results.

Key Ingredients

Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale)

A cornerstone liver herb. Dandelion Root stimulates bile production and flow, supporting the liver's capacity to process and eliminate fat-soluble toxins and excess hormones. It also gently supports bowel motility as part of the elimination pathway.

Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale)

The leaf of the same plant works via the kidneys. As a gentle diuretic, Dandelion Leaf supports kidney elimination without depleting electrolytes, as it delivers its own mineral content, particularly potassium, alongside its diuretic action.

Red Clover (Trifolium pratense)

A blood-purifying herb with affinity for the lymphatic system. Red Clover supports the immune-lymphatic axis, helping the body move cellular waste and immune debris through the lymph more efficiently during a cleansing phase.

Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)

A demulcent herb that soothes and protects the mucous membranes of the digestive and urinary tracts during active elimination. As the body increases its waste output, Marshmallow Root ensures the mucosal lining remains comfortable and protected.

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

A broad-acting herb with anti-inflammatory, adrenal-supportive, and hepatoprotective properties. Licorice Root helps modulate the stress response during a cleanse, protecting the liver while supporting the adrenal glands that are often taxed alongside it.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Stimulates peripheral circulation during the elimination phase, ensuring that the herbs and their actions are efficiently delivered throughout the body. Rosemary also provides antioxidant support to the liver tissue itself during active cleansing.

BreastfeedingGenerally considered safe. May support healthy milk production via Dandelion. Consult your practitioner if you have any concerns.
Licorice Root WarningLicorice Root is not suitable for those with hypertension (high blood pressure), as it can raise blood pressure with regular use. Use with caution during pregnancy. If you are taking corticosteroids, consult your practitioner.
