Tiffany Thurtell — Naturopath
Guiding you back to alignment, vitality and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
I believe feeling well is about more than managing symptoms. It is about understanding the person behind them - how you are nourished, how you digest, how you sleep, how you respond to stress, how your hormones are communicating, and how supported you feel in your everyday life.
My approach to naturopathy is grounded in the belief that the body is deeply interconnected. Hormones, digestion, skin, hair, the nervous system and overall vitality do not exist in isolation. When we look at the bigger picture, we can begin to understand what your body may be asking for rather than simply trying to quiet the symptom in front of us.
Before becoming a naturopath, I spent more than 15 years working as a hairdresser and salon owner. I always loved the connection that came with working closely with people, but over time I became increasingly interested in what was happening beneath the surface 0- the health of the scalp, the skin, the body and the person as a whole.
That experience ultimately led me to naturopathy.
It gave me a deeper understanding of how much can be revealed through the skin, hair and body, and showed me that I wanted to work with people on a much deeper level. To understand their story, investigate the foundations of their health and create care that considers the whole person.
Today, my clinical focus is centred around hormone health, gut health, hair and scalp health, skin health and nervous system regulation. These areas are often closely connected, and lasting change requires looking beyond the presenting concern to the foundations supporting it.
My consultations are thoughtful, collaborative and personalised. This is a space to feel heard, understood and supported - without reducing your experience to a single symptom or diagnosis.
Because genuine vitality isn't something we need to chase.
It is something we cultivate.
