Combining traditional Bach flower essences with Australian Bush Flower essences, RESCUE is designed to provide gentle emotional support when life feels suddenly intense, helping you create a greater sense of calm, steadiness and composure.

Valeriana officinalis root · Ziziphus spinosa seed · Passiflora incarnata herb · Humulus lupulus strobile · Piper methysticum root · Melissa officinalis leaf · Purified water · Ethanol (60% v/v)

Take 7.5 to 10 mL in warm water, 30 to 45 minutes before bed.

Do not exceed 10 mL per dose.

If night waking is an occasional concern, a smaller 5 mL dose may be taken during the night when required. Avoid driving or activities requiring alertness after taking this formula.

Best used consistently for a minimum of 4 weeks, with ongoing use guided by individual response and practitioner advice.
