Hibiscus delivers one of the most concentrated hits of anthocyanin antioxidants in the plant world. Blue Pea Flower adds a rare source of flavonoid-rich anthocyanins. Gotu Kola stimulates collagen synthesis and supports microcirculation. Calendula provides anti-inflammatory and vulnerary support. Ginger keeps everything moving. Take 7.5 to 10 mL in warm water, 30 to 45 minutes before bed.
Do not exceed 10 mL per dose.
If night waking is an occasional concern, a smaller 5 mL dose may be taken during the night when required. Avoid driving or activities requiring alertness after taking this formula.
Best used consistently for a minimum of 4 weeks, with ongoing use guided by individual response and practitioner advice.
