This is not a hormonal medication. It is designed to work alongside your body's own regulatory systems, supporting the foundations of a healthy menstrual cycle.

This formula is for you if:

• You experience PMS, including mood changes, bloating, breast tenderness or cramping
• Your cycles are irregular, unpredictable or have changed over time
• You experience hormonal breakouts or low mood in the week before your period
• Your cycle has changed following coming off the pill
• You want targeted herbal support for hormonal and menstrual wellbeing

Valeriana officinalis root · Ziziphus spinosa seed · Passiflora incarnata herb · Humulus lupulus strobile · Piper methysticum root · Melissa officinalis leaf · Purified water · Ethanol (60% v/v)

Take 7.5 to 10 mL in warm water, 30 to 45 minutes before bed.

Do not exceed 10 mL per dose.

If night waking is an occasional concern, a smaller 5 mL dose may be taken during the night when required. Avoid driving or activities requiring alertness after taking this formula.

Best used consistently for a minimum of 4 weeks, with ongoing use guided by individual response and practitioner advice.
