Instructions

Under the tongue: Place 7 drops directly under the tongue morning and night for 14 days. Take a moment when taking the Essence to set an intention for the outcome you are desiring.

Add to your water or tea: Place 7 drops into a glass of water or your water bottle and drink throughout the day.
