    Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) · Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) · Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) · Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum) · Caraway (Carum carvi) · Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) · Goat’s Rue (Galega officinalis) · Rose Petals (Rosa spp.)

    Instructions

    Add 1 teaspoon to 240 ml freshly boiled water. Infuse for 8–10 minutes, strain and enjoy.
