NATUROPATH FORMULATED
Organic Loose Leaf Tea

A carefully considered botanical blend created to complement the rituals of motherhood.

MUMMA is a warm, gently sweet botanical blend for mothers in the postpartum season, from the early weeks after birth. Fenugreek, the foundation of the blend, is traditionally valued as a galactagogue, a herb used to support breast milk production. Fennel and aniseed sit beside it in traditional postpartum practice, supporting milk flow and digestive comfort. Goat's rue is traditionally used to support breast tissue, and it gives this formula its depth. Lemon balm brings a nervous system calm that is central to lactation, since a relaxed body supports the body's natural rhythm of feeding. Caraway contributes warm, savoury digestive support, and lemon myrtle adds an Australian citrus brightness with antioxidant activity.
