SU CHI GENMAICHA is a traditional Japanese green tea blended with roasted rice - a time-honoured pairing that supports energy, clarity, and natural balance. Crafted from 70% organic Sencha green tea and 30% Genmai (roasted rice), this blend offers a clean, grassy-toasted flavour with subtle sweetness and umami undertones.

With a gentle caffeine lift of approximately 25-30mg per 5g serving, it's the perfect morning or midday ritual for those seeking organic quality without heavy stimulation.

Formulation

Japanese Green Tea (Sencha) - Organic, Japan | 70% - Traditional ceremonial quality, gentle caffeine

Roasted Rice (Genmai) - Organic, Japan | 30% - Balances astringency; adds toasted, comforting flavour

Ingredients

Valeriana officinalis root · Ziziphus spinosa seed · Passiflora incarnata herb · Humulus lupulus strobile · Piper methysticum root · Melissa officinalis leaf · Purified water · Ethanol (60% v/v)

Instructions

Take 7.5 to 10 mL in warm water, 30 to 45 minutes before bed.

Do not exceed 10 mL per dose.

If night waking is an occasional concern, a smaller 5 mL dose may be taken during the night when required. Avoid driving or activities requiring alertness after taking this formula.

Best used consistently for a minimum of 4 weeks, with ongoing use guided by individual response and practitioner advice.
