Ingredients

Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale), Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus).

Instructions

Add one heaped teaspoon to a cup or infuser. Pour over freshly boiled water and cover. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. Covering the cup keeps the volatile oils in the infusion rather than in the steam.

Enjoy one to three cups daily. Delicious warm, or steeped and chilled over ice.
