Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs to support healthy hair follicles, natural hair growth and scalp wellbeing from within.

Hair is one of the clearest reflections of what is happening internally. It draws on minerals, circulation and hormonal balance to grow well, and it responds when those foundations are supported consistently.

Nettle and Horsetail form the mineral base of this blend. Both are rich in silica, the mineral cofactor in keratin formation, alongside iron, calcium and magnesium that the follicle draws on during the growth phase. Rosemary is traditionally used to support circulation to the scalp, helping carry that nourishment to the follicle bed where it is needed. Burdock supports the liver and lymphatic pathways involved in hormonal clearance, one of the quieter foundations of hair health. Hibiscus contributes antioxidant support and a bright, clean finish, while Spearmint rounds the blend with gentle hormonal balance and a fresh, cooling note.

Hair grows slowly and rewards consistency. This blend is made to be returned to daily, turning ordinary hydration into something considered.

Ingredients

Nettle (Urtica dioica), Burdock (Arctium lappa), Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and Spearmint (Mentha spicata).

Instructions

Add one heaped teaspoon to a cup or infuser. Pour over freshly boiled water and cover. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. Covering the cup keeps the volatile oils in the infusion rather than in the steam. Enjoy one to three cups daily. Delicious warm, or steeped and chilled over ice.

Hair reflects follicle activity from roughly three months prior, so allow a full season of consistent use before assessing results.
